Ivory is very knowledgeable on many types of loans. She goes above and beyond to make sure that the loan program that you are applying for fits your needs the best. Once that is established and the process starts she walks you through step by step making sure you understand what is needed and why (the why is important because it can be overwhelming with all the requested documents and knowing exactly what they are looking for helps). In a world that is unfortunately leaving customer service skills behind it is so nice to have someone that still cares and will go that extra mile even after hours if needed. Ivory has done my personal loans, my children’s and I frequently refer her to my clients as I am a realtor. I am never disappointed in the level or care, skill and detail that is given to all. I would highly recommend giving her a call if you are in the market for any type of loan.
